What this website is
An essay on lateral, liminal and differential thinking. Reading it is free and the site carries no advertising. The PDF of stories is free too. Subscribing to the No Problemo AI newsletter on Substack gives you access to its posts, and the PDF is linked in one of them. The newsletter is free for now. Later on I may use it to offer professional services and training. If that happens, each service will show its price and terms up front.
Intellectual property
The texts and the design of the website and the PDF belong to Carlos Hernández Gómez. You may quote them with a link to the source. For any other use, ask me for permission.
The images come from different places, and each one has its source in its caption or in the site footer.
- Unsplash The photographs are used under the Unsplash license, and each photographer is credited in the site footer.
- Wikimedia Commons The portraits of Richard Rumelt, Giorgio Nardone and Edward de Bono are used under the Creative Commons licenses listed in the site footer. My black-and-white crops are published under those same licenses.
- Cynefin The diagram belongs to The Cynefin Company and is used under CC BY-SA 4.0.
- Public domain The 1928 Listerine ad.
- Game screenshots The World of Warcraft ones with no other source are mine, and most of them first appeared on my blog. World of Warcraft, Warcraft III and their graphics belong to Blizzard Entertainment.
- Other third-party images The ones from Warcraft Gym, Wowhead and WDW News Today, and the photo by edoz on msx.org, belong to their authors. I reproduce them as quotations, to illustrate and comment on the story they go with and with the source linked, as article 32 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act allows. If you hold the rights to one and would rather I took it down, email me and I will.
